Clutch cylinder

K so I replaced the master clutch cylinder about two months ago because it was dripping in my feet and bugging me now it is leaking again so what gives here?

It is not a hard thing to replace but every 90 days seems a little off!

Could this be an issue of something else or a bad replacement unit to begin with I followed the steps but if it was me I am confused on how.

Just a bad part. They usually rebuild them from old ones, so I'm guessing they didn't do it right.
