exhaust leak?

does anybody have any ideas on what to do with the exhaust of my jeep...it is leaking into the cab and is leaving a residue on the windshield..any ideas? has this happened to anybody else?

make sure to keep at least one window down at all times while the jeep is running, and donn't leave a kid or pet, or any1 for that matter, in the jeep with it running and closed up..... the exhaust gas can kill u

Seriously, didn't you just bedline your interior and tomorrow you are putting in a lift. Sounds like a new exhaust system would have taken priority over doing these if it is leaking into the cockpit...
The first thing I had done to mine was a muffler and tailpipe. And that was because a bracket was broken and it was rattling. When the guy put it on the rack at the muffler shop, the back of the muffler was rusted and had small holes.
It could be anywhere from the manifold back, Exhaust fumes are nothing to mess around with, they will kill you.

we just noticed the leak on the way home from the suspension shop, could a hole in the front of the muffler be sucked into the cab? i noticed some soot there? also any recommendations on a certain muffler?
