Fender Shaving?

I am looking to shave my fenders along the contour of my front hood and possibly the rear wheel wells to does anyone have some insight or instructions/pictures as to an easy way to do this?

well how much flex you got?
94 yj, 4" procomp lift, 3" body lift, sliders, cshr corners, d44 e locker rear swap, 35" bfg at's, 4.10 gears, crown 7 layer brake lines, jks discos, jks track bar disco, 97cherokee 4.0 swap.
next up twizted soa full widths. 14bolt and dana44

I took my Rear Fenders off and took out that plasticy Wheel Well stuff. Got lots of Flex In the rear now.
I have quite a bit of flex in the front but Id have more if I didnt have such rediculously long Bumb stops. And I am going to shave my front fenders a wee bit so my tires dont rub on them.
