Good rim and tire match for off road/ highway

I have tried this once but I think I was too vague but I am wondering what would be a good set of tires and rims that are good for off-roading but are still good on the highway that won't smash my wallet.
Stock 94 Wrangler YJ 2.5 4 bang

i got a 95 yj with a 97 2.5 swap um i had some bfg baja CLAWS i loved them on and off road and as for the rimes i had AWC TRUE BEAD LOCK BLACK STEEL RACING WHEELS THEY ARE NICE BUT A LITTLE MUCH

Check out the Hankook Dynapro MT RT03's. I put them on mine and love em. Did some research and wound up getting them for $150 each 31"
