Grill swap?

Hi, I'm brand new here, never owned a Jeep before.

I just bought a '95 Wrangler, pretty much on a whim. I'm starting to go through it and get things sorted to suit me, and I'm wondering Is there another year/model grill with round headlights that would fit without to much fuss? Or is that some sort of sin? I just personally like the look of the round lights better.

Thanks.

Roger

swapping the grille can be a daunting task b/c no grill mounts up without fabrication. what you can do is remove the headlights, patch the hole, and create your own round lights. one of the moderators, ccain, did that on his yj and it looks awesome. i think he used the lights out of a vw beetle. i'll try to find the thread, but you can also pm him for details and advice.

Thanks for the link Jgano! I guess it's going to be a bit more than I thought, but certainly doable. And you gave me what I needed to know.

Cool forum here. Thanks for the help.

Roger

so you have a Ferrari engine in a Jeep? Well... um... maybe if that is the case you should put oval head lights Ore maybe not.
