so my hard top is leaking bad so and found source of the leak and its the rear window gasket on the hard top. i wanna replace all seals and rhino line the hardtop but it doesnt look like its in the best shape need new seals a paint job and rear hatch metal seal.

so im thinking about getting one of the fully enclosed half cab tops i live in alaska and it doesnt drop below 30 here in the winter and snows on occasion any one have any experience on these? i just wanna use it while i paint and repair my hard doors and hard top.

I just put one on my '93. It's a Bestop Halftop. It leaks pretty bad in heavy rain. Mainly around the roll bar collars, and the long stitched seam where the cab back and deck cover meet drips like crazy. Also the door seals are being pretty difficult to line up right, and it's leaking around there. Scotchgard helped a little with the seam leaks, and I'm going to try adding some nylon straps around the collars.

So maybe not the best for keeping it dry, but I just keep a cab cover in the back to throw on if we get a big storm. And keep my floor plugs open. Because I really like the top!

Hated it

Installed and sent back the next day

The seats end up too far. Your sitting straight up. Also the sound bar is now on the outside.
Hated it in every way.
