Hardtops in PA

So I was browsing ebay and came across a bunch of hard tops with missing glass or no rear tailgate for $100-300 (thinking it was a steal) and turns out they're located out in PA but will not ship..... kind of annoying since hard tops in WA are upwards $800 and I could use a cheap hardtop with minimal work before the weather turns harsh! Anyone wanna be my new best friend and pickup a top and arrainge shipping to me in 98012 Seattle, WA?

Unless you have a back window they are hard to find.i have been down this road.I bought a hard top about a year ago for $150 with no back glass, and I couldn't find a glass for it reasonable.they were on eBay for $300 to $400 dollars plus shipping.sold it for $200 bought one ready to go for $350.

Less than $200 shipped from CA to Las Vegas. They have plain/wiper/defroster rears for the hardtop and the metal rim that goes around it.

So if you find one without glass you are good. Did mine a couple weeks ago easy just take the neighbor a beer sso you can get his help mounting it back on the hardtop.

Your right, there are always cheap hardtops in pa. Normally the highest price you will see is about $600. But those are also the ones that don't sell. $200-$400 is about normal. I would think it would cost at least that much again to ship it across the country

Watch the ebay sellers and ask them if the photo is of the actual item. I bought a headlight switch from one of them and they used a stock photo of a really nice switch with great lettering. The one I got was all worn off and cruddy looking. It wasnt worth the effort to send back and the switch did work. I sent an email to the seller about this tactic and told him I would be purchasing quite a bit of stuff in the near future. I mentioned it was the little things sometimes that makes your decision on who to use. Got absolutely no response back so I figured they knew what they were doing and didnt care if they lost a customer. Plenty of one time purchasers out there.
