Has my Jeep been lifted?

As a first time owner of a '93 Jeep, how can I tell if it has been lifted I don't have a stock YJ to compare it to. From the ground to the front Fender flare is 30". I'd like to know if it is stock height or lifted before I get new tires so I know how big I can go.

Thanks.

I don't have a picture available at the moment, but it currently has worn out P215/75R15. None of them match it looks like the previous owner just put something on it to sell it.

I was able to get some images, one from the side and then showing the front and back shackles. These pictures make it look like it is in much better condition than it really is.
