Exclamation Help with soft top!!!!

I was recently given 1 1/2 OR 2 soft tops for my 95 YJ. I have no idea if all the parts are here and have no clue how to assemble the thing. Does anyone know of a step-by-step video on how to install a soft tops.Any info would be helpful. I can also upload Pics if needed.

Go to the Bestop website, there is a video on how to take it off and put it on. There are also numerous videos on You Tube.

I'm with CyndiB, go to the Bestop website. Not only is there video's but if you go to the hardware section you can look at an exploded view of the bow parts and compare them to yours and you should be able to figure what kind of hardware you have and if you have all the parts. And I saw somewhere that Bestop doesn't sell individual pieces to the bow and mounting hardware but if you call them they will hook you up and for a very reasonable price.

If you find that you're missing pieces or need some new spreader bars, you can generally find them on sites like Quadratec and Morris 4x4. They also sell replacement snaps for over the window. If your zippers don't want to move, spray a little WD40 on them. Good luck!

You are so cool. I'm seeing you all over the place peddling your words of wisdom to the masses. Better be careful or they're gonna make you a Moderator and you know what that means.

Ha ha, thanks! I only feel confident posting about things I have learned the hard way. I don't think I need to worry about becoming a member of the Mod Squad, those guys are way cooler than me, lol

And of course we are probably the only two on the forum that remember the Mod Squad. Great dressers lol

There is a thread in the Off Topic section called "If you remember these, you might be an old fart." Apparently there are a lot of old farts on the forum, just not many who are driving YJs. That thread brings back a lot of memories.
