How to get more flex

This is my first 4x4 and so far its done great but I want to get some more flex out of it. I was off roading today and kept going on 3 wheels because of the ruts, no matter what lines I tried. My friend with a Cherokee 6 inch lift and 35's (yes I know its bigger then mine) with coils in front flexed over everything just fine. I am thinking of getting quick disconnect sway bars but what else can I do to help my leafs suspension travel?

Currently I have

3 inch suspension lift 33-12.5 tires

Sway bar disconnects, scrap front and rear trac bars there useless. Also remove shocks, completely flex out your suspension and the measure for proper shock length. Possibility your shocks are too short and this can cause your suspension to stop drooping cause of the short length.

^^ After what he said you can also add boomerang shackles.

A rear locker will really improve your capability as well (not flex), and if you get a lunchbox type they aren't very expensive.
