I have 2 questions!

I just ordered a set of 4 firestone destination AT's (great tire by way) and i don't have a lift on my 91 yj and i got 235/75R15 do i need a lift or no? i don't think i do but i just want to check

Also if i take my jeep that has a rubberized undercoat under it and take it on the beach will anything bad happen to it as far as paint to mechanical things?
