IM BACK! with good news

some of you may remember me...

I had an 87 yj and my first car, bought it for 300..... unfourtanetly totaled it...

I bought a grand cherokee... and really dislike it.... automatic and big and bulky inside....

so yeah, I work at a bike shop, a really cool guy came in today, bought a bike, I saw his black YJ outside... I said i really liked it... so it turns out its for sale!!!

1995 black yj, 4" lift, sitting on 33" pro comp, air lockers all the way around... custom bumper and the best part... only 44,ooo miles on it!!!!!

He only wants 4g's for it... all i gotta do i get rid off the grand cherokee....

so yeah... i will be back in the wrangler crew as soon as the grand cherokee is gone

Yeah dude, called up last night.... He said he hold on to it as long as it takes me to get the money...

Being 17 years old, and being in school doesnt leave much time for raising 4g's...

im selling everything possible (and legaly) to get the funds for the jeep... I'm hoping to get in the next two weeks...

You know, banks give people money every day to buy vehicles. Do you have anyone that will co-sign on a loan with you. You will need to start building credit soon anyway. Good luck getting your hands on this Jeep...it sounds like a good one.

Make sure that you stress to them that it will help you establist credit. They like it when you sound responsible.

That is great, you don't find people like that anymore. Hopefully, you will be able to sell your box Jeep, and get some money together. Good luck on getting this accomplished. I hope you pull it off.

the thing is, he doesnt want to swap..... But i've been getting a few offers on my grand cherokee

but yeah, a few questions for you guys.

The jeep has a 4" lift already.... now if i were to do a 2" shackle lift on top of the 4" already to make it 6" total... would i have to drop the transfer case any more?

if you lift that jeep 2 more inches you will need to do more than just drop the transfer case. you would need a sye kit and a cv driveshaft for the steep driveline angles and plus 4 inches is all you need with 33s

I am still getting the jeep.... he is holding it for me till i sell my jeep

So i guess the jeep will be staying at 4" till i start making the big money and can afford all that...

But first I have put a sound system in.... It has nothing in it as is.... I do have a 600 watt kicker 10" L7 sub (brand new) kicking around the house... I might toss that in their

Also, if you know anyone interested in a 97' grand cherokee laredo with 124,000 miles on it... new tires, all new braking system, all new shocks and springs, brand new system w/o sub, new battery.
Drop me a call at (203)-912-6646 or email at nscott4130@gmail.com

so, i gots some good and bad news.....

Here is the bad..... no luck selling the grand cherokee yet....doesn't look like it will be going any time soon...

Good news.... Parents are offering me four grand, but i will be paying them back with 8% interest.... I think its a good deal.... so if i dont sell the grand cherokee by the end of this month... Ill borrow 4g's for my wrangler.....

Being 17, making $8 an hour at a local bicycle shop, while being a full time student.... pretty much sucks...

but I know after a hard day of work and school, getting into that wrangler will make it sooo much more worth while....

Having an 87 wrangler as my first car... It got me hooked on the whole jeep thing and i love it
