In search of new wheels.

Im in the process of putting a 4" RC lift on my 95 YJ. With all the wheels out there I was wondering if I could get some suggestions on offset.

RC recommends a 15x8 with 3.75" backspacing. I'm thinking a 10" wide wheel would be better for the 33x12.50 they recommend.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would not run 15x10s they are way to wide for a 12.5 tire. a good 15x8 with 4 or 3.75inches of back space is perfect on a wrangler.

were are you located I have a set of 33s mounted on 15x8 beadlocks that I'm looking to sell

I'm in Montana. thanks for the help. What about offset?

Its amazing the conflicting info you get from everyone. one shop i talked to said an 8" wide wheels was too narrow for a 12.5" tire.

Wish we were closer. I'm kinda looking at beadlocks

old school was 2" wider tire than wheel, or you get too much side to side flex and it drives like shit on the road, beads pulled in and you run on the center of the tires

The issue is if you offroad you have a much higher risk of losing a bead if your running a wider wheel.

Still wondering about offset? the wheels I'm looking at are 15x8 with -19 offset. I'm just learning about this stuff so i'm not sure if this is too much or too little?
