Installing hood catch 89 YJ

I was wondering if anyone has a tip on how to remove the bolts on hood catches. That rounded head is hard to clamp as to remove the nut from the bolt.

Heat. Hit it with a MAPP torch for a few seconds. If that doesn't work, try either drilling it out (and replacing it) or grind the heat to give yourself a flat edge and pull it out.
