Installing Safari Light Bar and Light/Morrir combo bracket.

I currently ordered the Safari Light bar, a pair of mirror/light combo bracket, and 6 KC daylighters for my wrangler. I want to install the brackets and the light bar first, but I'm having a hell of a time doing so. What I tried was going under the dashboard adn trying to get the nut from the hinge bolt from the inside so that a friend could untighten the bolt through the outside. However we were only successful at doing the one on the right. It's alot easier... But the one on the driver's side is the one that Im having big trouble with. It's impossible to reach the bolt from the inside. Does anyone know how I can do this? will I have to take the dashboard plastic off and the metal that runs all the way accross the car behing the dashboard off, then fild the windshield to the front to reach the nut? Or is there an easier way to do it? If anyone has done it before, instructions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
