Instatrunk install

I purchased the Bestop Instatrunk. For the install, what drill/drill bit, etc do I need to drill into the wheel wells? I have tried yet but I don't have any special tools. Do I need any? Will basic stuff do? As you can tell, I'm new to working on cars and having fun learning.

I have a fold n tumble seat so it's easy to push the seat forward and remove the Instatrunk. So, I do want to fully install it. Know what tools it takes?
