I haven't taken out that side plate yet, but I took out the horn. Like the chief said, I notice smoother acceleration. I'll probably take that plate out this week.

I am going to do mine this weekend. I could use a few extra oats. Some of you mentioned putting a 4.0 throttle body on a 2.5. What's that do?

i just ran mine in the cold morning air. about 32 deg. it worked smooth and very responsive. just like at 60 degrees. more later.

You should actually notice a little more power when it's cold out like that NavyChief. Colder air is more dense and is the basic principle behind cold air intakes.
