Intermittent clicking in my right rear drum?

Intermittent clicking in my right rear drum?

The details
Installed all new rear brakes 2 days ago. New drums, new shoes, new wheel cylinders, and new HARDWARE kit. Everything new. I cleaned everything well, used the standard white grease on the proper points..

My left wheel adjuster lever is properly pressed hard against the star wheel, and only turns 1 direction without moving the level aside. (Which is to tighten). My right wheel adjuster just doesnt seem to sit the same way. I can turn the star adjuster in either direction. The most puzzling thing is everything is new on both sides. I dont even know if that star thing could make a click in the first place.

Anyone have any ideas on clicking from rear brake drums? It sped up as I sped up.

I didnt see a nail in my tire........

Might be an axle bearing...or even a u-joint.
