Is it bad to put a 250 motorcycle on the back of my YJ?

I have a 1995 YJ 2.5 with 33's and . I have a 6000lb tow bar that I want to attach a hitch to put motorcycle on.

I am wondering if it is safe to put a motorcycle/dirtbike on the back? I am thinking it maybe bad since the Jeeps have a short wheel base.

Are you asking about towing a trailer with a motorcycle or carrying it like you would a bicycle using a bike mount?

I've pulled a small trailer with my Jeep many times. Unless there's a LOT of weight, I usually can't even tell it's back there. A 250 CC motorcycle should give you no problems. The short wheel-base is really no problem either.
It's a Jeep Thing ... I do understand!

I carry a 600 cc Enduro (about 300lbs w/ the hitch carrier) on the back of mine. Have also towed a 1500lb trailer/boat over 500 highway problem. Just have to be extra careful w/ rain, quick stops, etc.

You should be fine, just strap it in real tight to keep it from wiggling around.
