Jeep paint job

So my YJ needs some paint and I am stuck between two choices red or a replica of the YJ on jurassic park what are your opinions

i've literally got the same thread going right now. all of my friends want the jurassic park paint job. but i think as my dd it will get annoying. i think i'm going to hold off until its just my weekend / summertime cruising toy for the jurassic park job

I personally don't like the JP job.. I think WWII OD Green looks great on any Jeep.

I second the WWII green, especially as a dd. As long as you put the big star on the hood!

JP would be pretty cool too, but would probably lose its novelty seeing it every day

Personally I'm not a fan of themes on vehicles but since you are, I'd go with the JP only update it a little. I think some soft 8's powder-coat red. Different light bar on top and wouldn't put on the giant JP sticker on the side. I do like the number sticker though. Maybe use a 95 or whatever ur your yj is.

I am painting my trail rig WWII OD Green; however, this is not DD. Personally, I would never have my DD themed.

I agree about not doing a themed Jeep. That is just me though, I don't want mine to look like any other Jeep that people have seen before. I want it to look like mine.

But, it's your Jeep. You can do whatever makes you happy. There was a guy here a while ago that was turning his Jeep into a lawn mover. At least you are not going to that extreme.
