Just a couple questions

Ok, so first my plug on my rear differential seems to be leaking, very slight, but a leak non the less. It is not too full and I believe I just need to replace it. It is the black, standard push plug. Is there a different kind I can get that seals better and is more reliable? Or just get another plug to replace it?
Second question: When I down shift, there is a "flapping" noise coming from what seems to be my transfer case. It kind of sounds like something is flapping under my 95 YJ, but there is no performance issues and I think it adds character. Is this something to be concerned with or just keep my character?
Third question: I have to rewire my KC lights. I have 2 sets. I have two 6" on the front of my jeep and I have a row of LED KCs on my hood. I have wired stuff in the past, my only question is what fuses would be best? In line glass tubes or the fork fuses, and what amp. I am thinking inline ceramic (the glass ones but ceramic for heat issues) and I am thinking of the 20amp or 30amp with 16 gauge wiring. Any suggestions on that is great. As for switches I am going to be using 2 switches from a killbox that my buddy ordered for me. They look like this:
Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

no idea on any question but the first one. get a plug from another dif and slap it in or pull your plug and clean everything really well and reinstall. maybe it just has some junk causing the leak
