Just an FYI

If you haven't seen it yet, 4X4 Garage magazine for this winter is packed with articles for us YJ guys as well as covering a 231 t-case build up and a intake shootout on a TJ... Definitely worth picking up a copy.. some of the key write ups cover

1...2.5 to 4.0 engine swap

2...various methods to eliminate the vacuum disconnect on the D30

3...spring over axle conversion including a seperate write up on pros and cons of it.

4...a complete jeep front and rear axle application chart including what they are, what they came in, all the specs on them and the pros and cons of each.

I've never heard of that mag. Where can I get one or do they have a website? I tried to Google it but found nothing. Any info would be great.

x2.... Id like to see how easy the 4.0 swap is as I dont think i'll ever be able to afford the diesel swap... The fedex guy looks kind of tough and well Im not really into assault, battery, and grand theft auto charges being added to my resume for stealing the motor out of his work truck... I love the piss out of my jeep but I love not holding someone's pocket even better.

It's a sister mag to four wheeler magazine... go to https://www.circsource.com/store/Sub...rceCode=I8ABNN

This particular edition says ''all about TJ's'' on the cover but it's full of YJ info as well.... It's most likely a combination of articles from the years because i know i've seen the 4.0 swap article before but hell it's still a good reference mag..... here's a few shots of the articles
