Looks like a great start. From the pics, it looks like you may already have a lift on the Jeep. Have you done any mods to it so far?

I Have a 2'' add a leaf and 33'' tires. I have stock gears but a ez locker in the rear. my engine is a 4.2L rebuilt and bored out. I have headmen headers and a strait pipe exhaust. I wish i was further along but my family kinda said i owed them money and took stuff off my jeep becuase my mom was still on the title and gave consent for them to take my tires and seats. but im getting it going again. hey you know anything about timing advance?

howdy, nice sahara.

since you asked for info, and it looks like you wanna be fairly serious with lift, tires, and wheeling. you should look into spring over axle lift, performs and rides better, and has more ground clearance than a spring under lift. and a 4" spring lift will not flex as well, and i just think body lifts are ugly.

Yeah Im serious about a lift and I want to spring over but it costs more in the long run. as for the body lift they got space covers to fill in the spots that are exposed by it so it just looks like you don't have one at all i have don't my research on this.

sounds good, as long as you've checked out your options sounds good. some people make a decision, and then realize later, ooops, i'd rather do someting else, wish i would've researched this more.

Yeah Im the type of person that will take forever to make a Decision when it comes to my jeep because i don't want to look stupid or have some thing that is not going to perform well. The Reason for the extra body lift would be do fit a size up tire size

i would consider tj fender flares to gain an inch of tire clearance, or tube fenders, or anything just cuz i don't like body lifts. but that is just me.

Yeah i hear you im not the biggest fan either. There is a kid in my town with a blue jeep and a 2 or 3 '' body lift i hate the gap it leaves and then they didn't even put a larger tire on its all stock but the body lift. is so gay looking.

i understand what you mean though.
