kc lights

Will the kc light brackets that fit a 2005 also fit my 95yj ? Its the windshield brackets? Is the body different?

Yes, slightly. Won't fit without a bit of drilling and cutting.

The good news is that the right brackets are cheap ($25-35) online for your YJ. I paid like $20 for mine used. I see them on eBay all the time under $40. You're gonna have more than a $40 headache if you try to modify the TJ mounts, I would think.

Thay are on sale as a package deal on cregslist / lights and brackets i was just seeing if thay were the same or interchangeable

Def worth buying the correct brackets, a lot of time to change mounting of brackets.
