Im no expert...And this is completely a guess...But maybe through the wheeling, it activated your Auto Shutdown Relay...If you get into a crash that is suppose to kick in...

Is it running really crapping to? you may have just fill your distributor up with water.

no porb. i didn't want anyone going to "fill" their distributor in hopes of fixing it.

check your grounds. maybe from the bouncing one rattled loose. also your fuel injected and sometimes angles offroad make it hard for your jeep to get fuel to the engine

my old 90 would shut down if
1. road vibrations
2. steep nose up
3. steep nose down
4. any time it wanted to
i got a webber card set up from quadratec. problem fixed. carb rebuild might help but not much. those old guys are known for carb float problems.

I'd say if your looking at your carb you'll see a hose going into a plate at the front of the carb with 3 screws on it remove that you don't have to take anything else off. you'll see a miniature piston look thing with two needles beside it one on each side press the piston down and see if it springs back up freely that is your venturi needles they are pressure regulated and if sticking they could stop your fuel flow from time to time like your saying. But remember don't tamper with anything else just press that down and see if it sticks or not the carbs are very touchy ( thats an under statment). good luck and let us know how it goes.
