You need to replace the flasher with an LED compatible flasher available at any auto parts store. Where did you get the lights?

I second this ^^^^^

Your Jeep thinks you have a burnt out bulb, so no flash. You just need to swap the flasher.

If you have to ask what it is or what it does, you don't need it, and you will need help to install it!

Heff, the 4ways (at least on my YJ) use a separate flasher and there is enough resistance in the rest of the regular bulbs to draw on the flasher.

Just beware when you replace the turn signal flasher. The poles (on my YJ) were opposite of the factory one and I had to run jumper wires and mount the flasher elsewhere.

Here's a link to where I got mine. Go down a little more than half way on the page and you'll see the "flasher" selection. "FL2-RED" is the one I bought and it worked fine.

I just went to NAPA and got a electronic replacement flasher, a mechanical flasher will cause the no flash problem. Just tell the parts guy you need the electronic type.
