With the 33's, it'll look like when you had the stockers with the lift.

If I'm right it'll be about 6" of lift. And Yeah, you'll have to do some other mods too. Brake lines, SYE and CV.

I never did one to any of my Leaf Sprung Jeeps, but I've heard it give awful ride qua....

You know what, forget I said that, do it and be sweet with a rough ride and 30" clearance.

Depends on how worn out your springs are. I used my 4" rough country springs which had flattened out to be a 2" lift for my SOA and the ride is so much smoother. Upgraded my shocks to the Terraflex brand and installed a rear shock relocation bar. Also changed the front steering setup. I am just shy of 45" at the hood/fender line without a bodylift or different shackles.

Hmmm
If my adding is right...
If the springs are holding at 4" lift....
Swapping the axle under the springs will give aprox 5.5" of lift, plus the 4" springs....thats 9.5 then add the 3" body lift and your talking 11.5 total. But 9.5" of actual lift. Of course thats if those springs did not get soft yet.
Defiantly some driveline angle things to address.

i helped a friend do his..(i did it to my comanche in the rear-years ago tho) you will gain approx 4" (the dia. of the axel tube, plus the perch-etc.) i believe you will want to lose the 4" rc springs and go with something shorter-say no more than 2" or and soft..you will need to address brake lines and driveshaft angles and also steering..you will need a high knuckle for the right hand side ( i think they're about 500$ from 4wd.com) also need new shocks and lose the body lift..my twocents~fly
