Love my regear!

Finally did it! My ride has a 5 speed manual with stock D35 and a 30 with 307 gears. I gathered up all my items needed for an 8.8 swap with 4.10's. And all I can say is OMG!!!! Just doing the regear alone woke this beast up. I mean it's like driving a whole different vehicle. I cant wait to see what the limited slip 8.8 will do for me. I added a cable pull for my front axel so now it's time to buy some sort of locker for the front.

Very nice. I re geared my truck to 4:56's & it was like night & day with 35" tires. Money well spent in my book.

4.10's are good but for 33 inch tires you should have gone to 4.56 with the manual 5 speed and 4.88 for 35 inch tires. Just sayin.

I couldn't imagine 4.56's..or even 4.88's. I'm in 5th gear now when I hit 45 mph.. All I know is that these 4.10's really woke this thing up!! Now trying to decide on a locker for the front.

If you are looking for a automatic lunch box style I run a Lock Rite and some others run an Aussie, either one works great for these size tires.

These work great and are easy to install Aussie Locker - Dana 30 (13027)
