Lugnut question

Right now we have the 5 grove lug nuts on our jeep you need the special socket tool for. We have 15 rims on there now.

We just bought some 16 inch rims with new tires and a wheel adapter.

Can we get regular lugnuts for wheel????

Here are the wheels on there now and ones we are getting.

Yes. Most parts stores carry standard, non-security lugs.

The stock lugs for the alloy wheels are probably longer than the stock lugs for steel wheels. Make sure there is no interference when you install your spacers.

As long as the threads are the same you should be able to use your security lugnuts on the new wheels and the new lugnuts to hold the spacers.

Make sure to pull each wheel and retorque the lugnuts that hold the spacers after 50 to 100 miles. Then retorque the outer lugnuts after another 50 to 100 miles.
