MetalCloak YJ Overline Flat Tube Fender

Anyone got these? They look good and they're different from most other tube fenders, but does anyone think they are really worth the $569?

ive looked at them before, but since i have to deal with virginias amazing tire coverage laws, i would have to buy the flare thign for them as well. and that just gets way to expensive

Sorry about the double post, I'm doing this on my phone(p.o.s blackberry). Anyway about the fenders, I don't want the flares any way, I plan on full widths so they're pretty much pointless. Are they're any other fenders like these that u know of, except cheaper.

LOL....I'm gonna need help understanding how that is a "fender".

Honestly, a good fabricator could do that for you for half the price and the quality would be there, too. I mean, "sometimes" you DONT get what you pay for, and I think this is one of those times, unless those tubes are solid (but then they would be "bar fenders" and not "tube fenders", wouldn't they?)

MetalCloak is all about great tire clearance on low center of gravity builds

For tire clearance and maximizing flex with a low center of gravity build the MetalCloak product cannot be beat for the price. They include aluminum inner fender wells, two battery trays and no cutting of stock fenders (resell stocks). Fender systems that don't raise the battery trays and don't raise the horizontal fender tube above the hood line do not provide as much clearance as this system.
