I hope you never need to remove any hinge bolts.

I did a ton of prep. Like 14 hours. When you think your done, do more is all I can say. Like Bro said two comments later I should had bought some new body screws for the mounts but i am still on the first coat so im just going to cut losses and undo them now and paint over with some ear plugs in the screw holes... Seems like no matter what you can't be ready enough.

When doing the full body I got to say, two gallons and about 10 rollers to be sure you have enough if you plan on rolling it on. I also bought a extendable roller that i could fit two of the small rollers on to make the application quicker and easier to hit the hard to reach spots...

How hard is the stuff to work with on an area as large as the entire body?

No harder than the inside im sure, just have to take your time with prep and be sure to have all that you need when you start to ensure you are ready. If you have the garage available i would take apart what you can to paint it.

yeah the white is a spray enamel but the weather is killing me! Its to cold to paint and its going to rain when it warms up so its going to be next week till i am able to even think about painting. Pictures of it half done is going to be best i can do for now.. lol. But hell if i had better light when i did it the first time i think i would had been able to do the whole jeep with one gallon. All it really needs now is a touch up. Might have to do the inside with whats left over from the other gallon.

2 gallons. I'm about to do it, but when panting what did you do about your tailgate hinges, hood hing and door hinge?

Looks like bluegrass painted anything attached to the vehicle.
I.E. the body halves of the door hinges, but not the door halves.
All of the tailgate hinges, hood hinges and vent grill
