More conversations

We need more conversations on this site... I frequent two automotive forums. This one and zcar.com (I also own a 77 280z). zcar.com gets 100 times the hits and conversation topics this forum does in a day. I've seen some good converstations posted by some pretty knowlegable people here so I know we can come up with something...

We do need more conversations, but some of what I see on other sites, I'm glad we don't have a lot of it. I have totally turned my back on all other forums that are Jeep related. Many people are starting to figure out that this place is here, and it is picking up. People are tired of the other Jeep forums admonishing them for asking questions, and also, tired of being milked for their money.

Yeah, you have to remember that this forum is still pretty new considering a lot of the others, including probably your other car forum. We actually have a pretty good amount of traffic out here.

We get some good questions and there are more members everyday. So you all keep up wheelin and wrenchin on your junk and this forum will grow by leaps and bounds.

I wasn't sure how new this forum was. I just stumbled onto it a little bit ago. I know what you mean about the other jeep forums. I tried a couple and it seemed like when you asked any actual technical questions no one would answer or even attempt. Hell, I'd have been happy with even the simplest, "Sorry no clue" answer. If I see a post that hasn't received any responses I'll try to leave a reply of some sort. Anyway, I like this forum and would love to see it get bigger.

We are doing what we can! Make sure to spread the word! A more active forum is always more fun than a stagnant one!

If you have to ask what it is or what it does, you don't need it, and you will need help to install it!

This forum really isn't that slow compared to a few that have been around awhile. There are some that are out there that have been around for years that don't get post even every day. Then there is the other extreme where you can't keep up with the post they receive so many. Usually those aren't worth reading though. We'd all love to see activity increase on here, and it will! It just takes time. See, we have conversation going already.

Next!

I have to agree with Amerijeep...it doesn't seem to be slow to me. Every day there is at least something worth while to read. It is rare that I log on and don't find new posts. And hey, tax time is coming so we will all have a little extra cash to spend on our toys and we will have questions and progress reports.

Speak for yourself, I am just hoping not to write a check this year!!! The last two years, I have owed Uncle Sam money even though I pay in every week! But now that I am married, I am hoping she paid in enough to balance us out! So no new Jeep parts this spring for this cowboy!
