Love 'em! Bias, or radial? What size (width) wheels are those? Very cool look...might have to rethink my upcoming tire purchase...

The tires are 700 X 15 Firestone Military NDCC from Coker Tire
Wheels are stock Jeep wheels 5on4.5 15 X 6
http://www.coker.com/store/customer/...cat=378&page=1
I mounted them tubeless because the wheels are air tight unlike stock military wheels.

What kind of wheelin are you going to do with those? Also stock jeep wheels should be 15x7.

I do mostly trail riding. The tires ride rough at 50 PSI. It hasn't rained yet and my original wheels are stamped at the valve stem 15 X 6.

I drove a 2 1/2 ton in the Army with those style tires. They did everything we did so I can't complain. Never slipped in the rain, gripped in the sand real well and paddled through the mud. I'm thinking about that one.

I love that thing! I'd do a mirror swap, probably, but that Jeep is great!

Looks good.. but why in one shot is the hood the same color and in the others it appears darker? Just the light perhaps? Hm also I think you need a 50. cal mounted on top...

I do like that jeep. I have been thnking about doing the USA and stars thing on mine too in the spring. I am kinda modeling mine after the little Muscle Machines Jeep. I just need the huge blower sticking out of the hood.

Exactly what I was thinking. I see those stock mirros go pretty good on Ebay. Could easily cover the cost of the CJ style mirrors.

Inspired by your tires

I decided to do a military makeover too. I put my 15 inch military tires on 15x6 Dodge Dakota steel wheels for a vintage look.

Looks sweet man. Love the look but wondering how they would do at highway speeds when its wet out or snow covered roads? I see your in Texas so you shouldn't have to worry about the snow too much?
