So i spotted this at the Dealer auction and decided to pick it up. I think i stole it at $1200.
Its a 94' with 111k miles. 4x4 5spd, 4cylinders of fury! It runs like a top and shifts great.
I bought it to beat around the trails with. it wont even get registered so its not meant for the street at all. I might put some money into it later but for now im looking for any clever DIY mods you guys might be aware of. Or some of the cool shit that dont break the piggy bank. I havent even told my wife yet i bought it.
Ive got a full Tune-up laying in the passenger seat. Plugs/wires/cap/rotor/fuel fileter/air filter.
So we need to do that.
Like women she looks better with the top down.
I got 7" off road lights i plan on mounting on the hood.
I got 2 Blue strobe lights for the front corners.
I got individual blue LED casings to go around the upper exterior.
You might be thinking What the... at this point. Buti only do night trail riding due to my work schedule. And the place we go is a big party type atmosphere with 750 acres of wooded trails. So its good to be able to be seen and its just kind of fun to have a disco ball cruising through the trails at night. LoL.
Here's a couple pics of UV blacklight colored LED gauges. Not finished yet as i am waiting on the 2nd shipment of led's. (Would not recommend these for everyday use) But for my use its pretty groovy.
Also replaced the front parking lights with a 25 LED bulb, very hard to tell in this picture. But in person it looks like a LED's and not just a bulb.
(Also painted the headlight surround)
Im prepping the car for a gloss white and flat black color scheme. Probably just going to rattle can it. Or i might try out my spray gun for the first time.
I like the factory sticker kit so heres my attempt at keeping it.(very time consuming)
Were swapping the 33's that came with the car for the 35's BFG all terrains we have on a dodge ram on the lot tomorrow. So anxious to see it lifted even more.
anyway figured i would share. Cant wait to beat this baby around the trails. unk:
