"new" fender or 'new to me'

Getting the ride painted, but I have a front drivers side fender that needs replaced first. My question-quadratec has 'new' stamped replacement panel for about 149, morris for 199. Prices for OE on Ebay range a bit. Can never tell what you're getting off there, anyway. Anyone used the replacement fenders and had any problems with fit? I bought a floorpan that was 'guaranteed' to fit but had to grind quite a bit off first-not interested in trying that again.

I say buy a used one from a wreck. Ebay if need be but only if you can get it and have it shipped for less than buying local.

No junk yards around here have Jeeps. That's the case for many places. eBay is one of the only viable options for OEM Jeep fenders.

What fenders did you use? Aftermarket or OEM?

OEM....Identical to the ones that came off mine...came from another 95..the gent that i bought them from said they were 2 years old...ordered from quadratec
he went with bigger lift and installed tubes on his...
If I remember right...3 bolts in the front that attach to the grill...and like 5 in the back that attach to the firewall..
make sure you pull your wireing harness from them...no electrical issues..also be carefull with the bolts on the firewall side...i broke 2 of the darn things..I also remove battery and tray..and fuse box... you may or may not have to..
before i installed them i cleaned, primed and painted the visable side.and primed with "rust stop"and painted with herculiner..

these are what he said they were
