Welcome to the forum, I suggest you come up with a build plan to save you money in the long run. What will you be doing with it ?

Rock crawling
scenic trails
mud bogging
sand

mixture of all 4 ?

What size tires do you want to run this will help up point you in the right direction

Best Place to shop for parts is the Vendors section on forums !

X2

Most folks are pretty happy with 33s, a winch and a front locker for average wheeling. Going further than that is where it starts getting a little more involved in my opinion..

Come up with a plan and then I always start with Craigslist when looking for parts.

That's a good height for a Yj.

My suggestions

OME 36r springs (old man emu)
1/2" boomerang shackles from Besrk
1" Bodylift (daystar or Prothane)
Bilstein 5100 shocks remove trackbars get swaybar disconnects

That will give you about 4.25" of lift
As for wheels 15x8 with 3.5"- 4" backspacing

Tires Bfg Km2 or Goodyear Mtr's

Drivetrain Sye/ shortened xj (Cherokee)front shaft
Of its a 4 cylinder you'll want 4.88 gears. If a 6 cylinder 4:10 gears.
