You SCORED my friend!
Junkyard fender and a rubber mallet to the tub will take care of #1 on your list.
Since you are new to Jeeps, I will tell you this...
If your Jeep isn't leaking oil... you ran out.
Keep pouring it in until you can knock things off your list. All of those (except rear main seal) are easy driveway fixes.
Cluster lights take a '194' bulb, I believe there's 7 of them, also not too hard to replace.
Drop in here anytime for tips n tricks, we are here to help!

PS- LOVE the spare tire cover.... 'CAUSE I'M BATMAAAN!

Im going to order parts soon. Ill probably tackle the power steering hose this weekend. From what a mechanic told me for the cluster is that there is some type of short happening or could be the dimmer. My radio does not turn on either. I will have to search. Batman cover came with the car.

I think I may have that little rear portion of the flare. I don't mind giving it to you if you'll pick up the shipping costs.

Score! Thats a great looking jeep.
Im actually in Florida also, West Kendall area of Miami.
Those are all simple fixes, let me know if you're around my neck of the woods, I got a local guy who can find parts for you at a relatively good price.

Welcome to the forum. You scored!!! Rust free YJs are rare. A 20+ year old vehicle will always need attention. Even the rear main seal isn't too big a deal if you search this forum for how to do it. There are probably plenty of vids on Utube also.
Don't be in too big of a hurry to start your mods and don't be afraid to spend what it takes for quality parts. Fix the obvious faults first and as you drive it you can figure what type of off roading you want to do and what mods will work to achive a safe and fun trip.
Wishing you the best. Good Luck, L.M.
PS, Clean it and take a photo of the passenger side cowl and door before you remove the damaged fender. If the top of the cowl is pushed back you may need to grab the damaged fender and use it to re-align the cowl. I am retired from the auto collision business and maybe can give you some low cost hints on how to get it back in shape.
