I just bought a 1990 wrangler yesterday
. It has 31x10.5 ss tsl's on it it has a lift it looks likes suspension and body. The guy I bought it from didnt drive it that much and didnt really know alot about it. He said the guy before him put new gears in the front and rear ends. It has a electrical lockout in the front.
I have a few questions I am hoping you can solve for me.
Do alot of parts swap out from the 87-95 year wranglers?
I am going to pull the covers off the pumpkinsin the front and rear to try and figure out what gearing is in it. The guy said he was going to drop a new tranny and 350 in and lost intrest. What can I do to help give the little motor that wants to run run a bit longer before i get some fundage and do the motor and tranny swap???
I know a little about tearing them apart and putting them back together but am egger to try and learn.
Any and all help is welcome and appriceated.
