Drain everything that was under water and add new fluids. Change the oil filter and new oil and run till hot, drain again. It may be a good idea to squirt some oil in each cylinder prior to firing up the first time. You will be able to tell if you still have moisture in crankcase by checking the filler cap, it will condense on it. You might have to drain and refill a couple of times to be safe.
