Along with the sway bar and the tracking bar, check your shocks, they might not be any good!!!! This will make you feel like your feeling every rock that you drive over Get some new shocks there bud, try skyjacker softride. I speak from experience, let me know how this goes....

This thing has got to be a trip to drive. 4" of lift and the sway bar is still connected? It must have discos of some sort. Thought just about every kit I looked at had some form of disco or another?

WTF?? And Wrangler Forum is not for immature name callers. This is a FORUM. Do you know what that means? It means that anyone can add his/her comments on a discussion regardless of whether they're "square" or "round". We all try to get along on this forum and getting on here as a newbie and calling people names will garner you no allies. Think about what you're writing and ask yourself if you'd want to be treated the way you're treating the rest of us.

K i belive i understand what you was talkin about now. I was more familiar with them being relocator bars which it did have , but i am assuming that discos is the same thing but can quickly be disconnected on trails when needed.????

yeah with the stock sway bar links you have to undo the bolts to disconnect them. With quick disconnects you just pull a pin and they disconnect.

Its just a picture to show what they look like

Cheap disconnects go around 70 and some more expensive ones are around 140.

I'm not sure here if YJs have the same size bolts that hold the sway bar links as the TJs but here is my write up. It should work for YJs but the clevis pin might be a different diameter.

I have no experience with leaf spring flex, but this guy does. He built this CJ from a wreck and has documented the build. He really gets some articulation out of the leaf springs. I know a CJ is not a YJ, but what works on a CJ should work on a YJ.......

http://behold-the-rage.com/jeep_page_11.html

You need to read the linked page and the at least the next two pages. There is a lot of good first hand knowledge posted there.

Use photobucket or another simular hosting service. You can resize the photos to usable images.

to resize pics i use the original program that comes with windows. (paint). to find it go to "start">all programs>accesories and it should be there called "paint" Once you run it open the picture file and then go to the "image" tab and then to sketch/skew and then change the first 2 boxes from 100% to something smaller like 50 or whatever..

If you need more help read up here.. http://www.wranglerforum.com/general...-pic-8794.html

Dude you spend WAY to much time reading magazines. I have the D35 with a locker no super kit btw and I wheel some of the hardest trails in the south. I have broken one axle shaft on a dry water fall on Mounteagle.
Its all about the stupid pedal, if you beat the snot out of it any thing will break, don't believe go to Tellico and hang out at Slickrock, Guardrail, Schoolbus, etc and you will see even D60 break.

Ok, so I'm a idiot. Whatever.

Admitting that the prevailing wisdom is to lock the front over the back if you have to choose just one axle, and never, never, ever lock a D35, I run a locked rear D35.

Oh, and with the stock axles.

IF I didn't have a 2.5L, maybe I wouldn't. If I had 35's, maybe I wouldn't. If I had a V8, no I wouldn't.

I'm sure one day an axle will snap. That's why I carry a spare, I figure.

I wish I had a 44 or an 8.8 or 9 or a 60, but I don't. Yet. I ain't replacing anything until it needs it, then I'll think about it.

So, let's see...I have square headlights, leaf springs, 31's on stock rims, locked D35, a 4cyl, AND and AX5. If I could afford to upgrade all that crunk, I'd just get a Rubi. As is, I just have fun. In a Jeep.
