One step closer!

Wahoo! I got the charging system re-wired and the old bird fired up after some persuasion.

When idling (1100 rpm seems high?) the motor will 'jump'. I can feel a knock and the rpm jumps up for a fraction of a second.

Any ideas?

I have a weber 32/36 that is not tuned. Recently did a team Rush upgrade.

Timeing? My jeep knocks when I have a lower octane of fuel. I have to run 92 or higher. Not sure if that helps you or not
