Chris: Yes, but that's not just a PE thing. It's true for all the "lower tier" tops, I believe. They've told me the name for the Bestop zippers, but I've forgotten.

If you have decent hardware still, you can save money by buying new fabric and windows. Start here
, and let me know what type of hardware you've got. The easiest way to tell is where the bows mount to the Jeep. If they're on the rollbar, it's probably factory.
You'll still have choices, since both Pavement Ends and Bestop offer replacement fabric (as do others). But you're going to save some $$.
Hardware lasts a LOT longer than the fabric.
