Fill it to th top, run 100 miles
fill it ,run 100 mile
again
Then figure your mileage
You cannt go by light you have
between 2-3 gallons left

yeah man, you gotta start from some kinda baseline. not just throwing random numbers out there.

go fill it up to the brim and note the miles on the odometer. if you have a tripometer then reset it at this point. drive around at least 100 miles, go fill it up again to the brim, and note the miles on the odometer, and subtract from the original marking. if you have a tripometer, then no subtraction required. take the miles you have traveled and divide by the gallons you just pumped into your gas tank.

if you have changed gears, tires, or something of the like, these numbers will be of no use.

looks like you are running 33's ? what gear ratio are you running ?

anyways, get a starting point and lets diagnose from there

Its the same everytime full tank i get between 90 and 100 miles,I never run it out of gas but right down to the red line. So if its a 15 gallon tank and i get 100 miles that make my mpg at 6.6. My gears are high there 3.08's and ya 33x12.50 tsl's

reread my last post. you dont divide your miles by how big your tank is, you divide it by how many gallons you pumped into your tank.

pay attention to the pump next time you fill up.

We have to figure that your speedometer gear is corrected for the 33" tires you are running. Is that true? And stop posting worthless remarks to people who are trying to help you.

I think what everyone is trying to say is: ignore the gauge. Hell, if you don't have stock tires/wheels/gears/speedo gear, ignore the odometer too.

So, if you are fully stock and trust the odometer, fill it. Run it for xx miles and refill it. Do the math for xx.miles divided by xx.x gallons of gas to get your mileage.

If you can't tell just how "stock" you are, buy or borrow a GPS to check it.
