Alright, so I've seen mixed reviews on the whole idea of plasti-dipping. What are some of your opinions, and what are some cool things to do to your rig with plasti-dip? All inputs and ideas welcome!
I'm not sure how I feel. Watched a bunch of videos. But if I'm going to spend $400 on plasti dip, I could just spend that on 2 stage and paint the rig permanently. It's not like I'm leasing my jeep.
I've done angry eyes, and my grill inserts along with my antenna bracket and its been there almost two months so far no peeling or chips stuff is pretty durable costs around 5-6 for a can
go to dipyourcar(dot)com(slash)forums and just see what you think it is a great product but if you go offroading a lot then it wouldnt be smart to do since i imagine it would come off offroading
My YJ had the stock wheels Plasti-Dipped when I first bought, looked good but started to flake and peel after the first couple of offroad adventures I went on. Swapped the stock out for nice steel Pacer's and never looked back
But with that being said, I love the stuff on my car and my trucks! But they never really see the abuse that the Jeep gets...
