Power windows??

I recently put a set if YJ full doors on my TJ . I'm now have the problem of the window crank coming in contact with the dash. Does anyone out there know of an inexpensive ... ( under 100 bucks) or even a junk yard power window set up for the Yj full doors? Thanks!

I don't know where you are located but in NC we have a place called freemans car stereo and they sell a universal power window kit. I don't know if this is the same brand but it is basically the same kit

A1 Electric Online Store: Colibri Basik Universal Power Window Kit

That said, JC Whitney had some universal PW kits too

Take a look at this thread: HOW TO: Installing power door locks on a TJ (wth pictures)

Maybe the basics are the same, looks like it's in your price range too.

Of course, there's always the "Red Green" conversion...power drill on the handle stems!

You could move the crank back away from dash

Not sure how that would work seeing that it's positioned inside the door in a certain spot for a reason and the issue is that I am not able to roll the window up or down with the door shut

Take them off and keep a drill in the car and roll them down with a drill

Why can't you use a universal kit?

I'm sure I could. But the ones I've seen are still over 100 and they say the existing crank assembly has to be in really good working order.... And mine is not.. Unforutnately .... Ohh well. I'll figure something out
