Praising Rough Country

Just installed Rough Country 4" spring lift kit on stock 92 YJ.
Very nice kit. Very complete, only one hole to drill. Kit could have been installed in abou 5hrs if not for siezed spring bolts that took about an hour each. Actually pressed bolt and bushing through spring mount on one and had to repair mount.
The only other upgrade to the kit that I would recomed to the moderate level wheeler is stonger shackles.

I've been very happy with my RC kit.
They have alot better customer service than they used to have as well.
Did you buy direct from them?

I like mine, although I think the shocks are a little harsh. I may replace them with something a bit more high end.

I threw a set of ProComp shock on mine and it did help the ride a bit, but I had to because I put on the lift shacklesand they were almost fully extended when on flat ground.

I didnt buy direct I bought from Creasy's offroad. Still waiting on a steering stabaliser but otherwise all good. Shocks are a little harsh I run the same ones on a pathfinder and havent had any real issues with them,But thats alot longer wheel base. I'll see how they go. Most kits don't seem to come with any shocks, so I guess I should be happy
