Rear bumper/tire carrier/hitch question

Most that I have seen ads on have receiver hitches that are not rated to tow. I have a frame pull hitch on my jeep now and was wondering if there is a bumper/tire carrier out there that my hitch could be used with? Thanks

Mother Nature has been conspiring against my getting it installed, but I was in a similar situation, so I ordered this from tomken.com;

It will be mounted to this;

They claim it'll tow anything the Jeep is rated for and then some! I already mounted the front this past summer,

and it seems really well built, so I'm hoping that the rear will be as well.

Thanks. Just saw a pic of a jeep for sale that had a bumper with the receiver built in the middle of the bumper with the frame pull mounted below it. Probably overkill unless he had some acc. for the upper receiver.....
