Rear window is gone! what to do?

This all started after i hit a rather large pot hole in the road and look in my rear view mirror to see some large cracks in my rear hard top window. As i drove they spread, until adventualy i got home and opened the rear window up and it completly shattered, falling out all over the place.

Upon my glass quest, No one can get this kind of glass in stock. I was told that it is out production. . My question is does anyone know who our where would be stocking this glass or rear window? currently all the junk yards i've called cant locate and/ or don't have any "heeps" in stock. Another question is, would a plexi-glass cut out work, if i cut it to make an exact fit?

Thanks for the help,
Neil

Then there is no reason that you can't use plexi. Will probably hold up better to the flexing of the chasis anyways...

If you have to ask what it is or what it does, you don't need it, and you will need help to install it!

sweet, im getting started on it this week. It will most likely be alot cheaper than to get a custom cut piece of glass.
