rhino lining the inside

does anybody know how to go about rhino lining the interior of my jeep? i tore all the carpet out and am looking to do this

It's pretty simple really. Just remove everything and rough up the surface pretty good so that the lining will stick. A sandblaster if you have one available would be perfect. Then make sure you plug all of the holes in the tub that you need to bolt things back into so that you can use them after you apply the product. After all prep work is done apply said product as liberally as you would like.

i did it, it takes a while. do it outside on a warm day, where a mask or you will get really high. its worse than paint, much worse. mask off everything you dont want to get it on cause i sliped once or twice.

Yeah I did it. Prep work is definitely the hardest. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING has to be removed. Plan on a long day to get everything out and get it sprayed (or possibly brushed in) and then giving it a few days to cure. I drove mine the day after....just put my seat and the seatbelt back in, but the lining was still pretty soft. Definitely worth it though, makes a world of difference over that carpet stuff they put in all those other cars

a sand blaster might wreck the body your best bet is to sand, wire wheel, or air sander...

I believe the stuff is designed to adhere to paint, not bare steel. You should just scuff up and clean the existing paint.
