Rino Liner Quesitons

Okay, I'm real new to this forum but i have a few questions. First my 95 Wrangler has no carpet nor do i want one in it. A buddy of mine told me he hurd about putting Rino liner inside. I have a bit of rust under my drive side floor right under my clutch. (My door leaks a little ) But anyway what do i have to do and what can i put down on the rust to prevent? Thank you guys

try to remove as much of the rust as you can and then get POR15 (aka "paint over rust" 15) that works great at stopping rust from spreading. my hubby used that stuff on the tub of his yj and it worked great.

sure, but i'd just wheel the rust off (grinder) then rattle can some primer on and instead of using rhino-liner at the expence and weight of it,...i'd use (and i did) herculiner. it will cost about 80 bucks for a gallon, and thats all you'll need. price that compared to having rhino-liner installed.

I just finished mine the other night. I used the POR 15. I have used this alot. The trick is to use the three part system for best results. fisrt step - Marine clean and HOT,HOT water, this is a degreaser. 2 step - metal prep, Ortho phosphate. then the third step the por 15.
after this is cured scuff the entire surface with 220 sand paper. And use a final wash and a lint free rag.
Herculiner in my opinion is not worth the trouble,I used to use and thought it was great until I discovered DURABAK this is a commercial epoxy based product that is way, way better.
I have taken some pics and will post them this weekend.
